قوانین سفارشدهنده
1.ثبت سفارش در سایت محتوامارکتینگ به منزله مطالعه دقیق و همچنین پذیرش کامل قوانین میباشد و مسئولیت مطالعه دقیق و مداوم قوانین پیش از ثبت هر یک از سفارشها، بر عهده کاربر محترم است.
2.محتوامارکتینگ موظف است مطابق قوانین سایت، سفارش ثبت شده مشتری را با بهرهگیری از متخصصین مجرب، آمادهسازی کرده و در اختیار کاربر قرار دهد.
3.محتوامارکتینگ موظف است پس از تولید محتوای مورد نظر مشتری، شرایطی را برای حداکثر یک مرتبه ویرایش محتوا توسط مشتری، فراهم آورد.
4.رعایت اصل محرمانگی و صیانت از اطلاعات مشتریان، بر عهده محتوامارکتینگ است.
5.کلیه مکاتبات مشتری در راستای سفارش تولید محتوا از طریق پلتفرم و تیکت امکان پذیر می باشد.
6.صحت اطلاعات درج شده هنگام ثبت سفارش، برعهده کاربر محترم است.
7.سفارش مشتری طبق پکیج انتخابی بین 2 تا 7 روز کاری تحویل می گردد.
8.در صورتی که مشتری پس از 7 روز از تحویل محتوای خود اقدام به تایید و یا عدم تایید محتوا ننماید، محتوا به صورت اتوماتیک تایید شده در نظر گرفته میشود.
9.مشتری زمانی میتواند سفارش خود را کنسل نماید که هیچ بخشی از سفارش خود را دریافت ننموده باشد.همچنین برای هماهنگی باید از طریق تیکت با تیم پشتیبانی هماهنگیهای لازم را انجام دهد. در این صورت مبلغ واریزی در کیف پول جهت سفارشهای بعدی ذخیره خواهد شد.

3. Content Marketing must provide conditions for the customer to edit the requested content a maximum of one time after the content has been produced.
4. Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding customer information is the responsibility of Content Marketing.
5. All customer communications regarding content production orders are possible through the platform and ticket system.
6. The accuracy of the information entered during the order placement is the responsibility of the esteemed user.
7. Customer orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the selected package.
8. If the customer does not approve or disapprove of the content within 7 days of receiving it, the content will be automatically considered approved.
9. The customer can cancel their order only if they have not received any part of it. Additionally, for coordination, they must communicate through a ticket with the support team. In this case, the deposited amount will be saved in the wallet for future orders.
قوانین نویسنده:
1.همکاری در پلتفرم محتوامارکتینگ به عنوان تولیدکننده محتوا به منزله مطالعه دقیق و همچنین پذیرش کامل قوانین میباشد و مسئولیت مطالعه دقیق و مداوم قوانین پیش از تولید محتوا، بر عهده کاربر محترم است.
2.کلیه مکاتبات نویسنده در راستای فرآیند تولید محتوا از طریق پلتفرم و تیکت امکانپذیر میباشد.
3.پس از تایید رزومه نویسنده در پلتفرم لازم است در راستای تایید نهایی(به عنوان یک نویسنده در پلتفرم) محتوای اولیه شما نیز به تایید مدیر فنی برسد تا بتوانید فعالیت خود را آغاز نمایید.
4.شما برای تولید محتوای انتخابی ،24 ساعت زمان دارید و در این زمان باید محتوای خود را تحویل دهید در غیر این صورت محتوا آزاد شده و در اختیار نویسنده دیگر قرار خواهد گرفت.
6.در صورت درخواست تسویه حساب توسط نویسنده در پلتفرم حداکثر به مدت 48 ساعت واریزی وجه انجام خواهد شد. حداقل مبلغ برای تسویه حساب مبلغ 100 هزار تومان می باشد.
7.در صورتی که نویسنده، محتوای مرجوعی داشته باشد که نیاز به ادیت دارد، قادر به انتخاب محتوای جدید برای تولید نمی باشد.

2. All communications from the author regarding the content production process are possible through the platform and ticket system.
3. After the author’s resume is approved on the platform, the initial content must also be approved by the technical manager for final confirmation (as an author on the platform) before you can begin your activities.
4. You have 24 hours to produce the selected content, and you must submit your content within this time; otherwise, the content will be released and made available to another author.
5. If the author requests a settlement on the platform, the payment will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours. The minimum amount for settlement is 100,000 tomans.
6. If the author has any returned content that requires editing, they will not be able to select new content for production.
